PMF PhD Student Symposium 2026

Three doctoral students from our group, Lina, Antonia and Toni, participated in the 10th PhD Student Symposium of the Faculty of Science, at the Department of Physics in Zagreb. Every year, this conference gathers PMF students from various fields, so we had the opportunity to check out the presentations and posters on a wide variety of topics.

In addition, Lina presented the results of her field and laboratory research on the influence of temperature on the activity, critical thermal limits and ant metabolic rate of the Messor wasmanni species. This was a great opportunity to practice presentation skills before heading to the bigger European conferences.
