EMBO Leadership Workshop

It was intense, inspiring, and full of new insights on how to be a good leader and build strong, motivated teams. Alongside the lectures, there were many practical exercises and group activities that demonstrated how much communication and trust matter in a scientific environment.
Jelena got to share this experience with 15 wonderful scientists from all over the world. Everyone was ready to contribute with their expertise, and Jelena learned as much from discussions and group activities as from the class. They are all now on a path to be better leaders, dreading the “storming” phase.
